Your data is used exclusively to: process your trade-in and send a shipping label, contact you about your offer, process payment, and meet our legal obligations. We never use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
3. Data Sharing
We never sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with essential service providers (payment processing, shipping) who are contractually bound to protect it. All partners are compliant with PIPEDA.
4. Device Data Erasure
Every device we receive undergoes NIST 800-88 certified erasure before any processing or resale. You will receive a digital certificate confirming the permanent destruction of your data. We also recommend performing a factory reset before shipping.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the transaction and up to 7 years for Canadian tax and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Security
We use TLS encryption for all data transmissions, and access to your information is strictly limited to authorized personnel. Our systems are hosted on Canadian SOC 2-certified servers.
8. Changes to This Policy
Any material changes to this policy will be communicated by email to active customers and posted on this page with a revised update date. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
